Nice place

It is a nice place, close to main markets and malls. Also close to the airport airway train. Room was nice and big,not bad at all. There was a refrigerator but no safe box. Shower was clean. The tv had only like news channels. Guess I depends on the room you get.

disappointing

location was central

receptionist wasn't very welcoming. we asked if we could view the room before booking to stay, one staff with the unfriendliest and rude tone said no. fine by us, maybe its their policy. we had no choice but to book with them as the surrounding hotels were fully booked. we waited until 2pm for check-in, and upon check in we were given one key per room. at this point, no payment was mentioned. some hotels will deduct the payment automatically (from the card) as it was used to secure the room. so i thought that might be it. the reception was full of people so i missed the chance to ask. at about 11pm, the receptionist called the room demanding for payment - turns out they didn't take the payment from the card yet, and demanded us to pay right then. i had no problem, but parents were asleep. the card was with them, and they were in the next room. not wanting to wake them up, i asked if we could do it first thing tomorrow. the lady started yelling saying no no no no must pay now. i said but i had no card on me, i will do it tomorrow. the yelling continued, she demanded for a deposit right then for $200. i said i had no dollars on me, and if she'd take Baht instead. after a few minutes, unclear of what she was yelling about, she finally said ok pay me in Baht. i understand it was partly my mistake, i should've made it clear during check in. but i was mad at the how she behaved and treated a customer, especially when it was about midnight! the room itself was filthy - room smells weird, torn bedsheets and stained pillowcase. torn and poor quality towel. mould seen everywhere in the room (in the cupboard, in the toilet, shower room). water pressure not stable. no kettle, no slippers provided. aircond was very loud, could hardly sleep. the last 2 days of our stay, the sink was heavily clogged. unstable wifi. overall, poor hygiene. everything is dated - a huge renovation should be done.

Wifi is very poor .

Wifi is very poor . Breakfast was is poor they are having same items in last three years. They should improve breakfast setups and menus. Wifi doesn’t work most of the time.

Its a very good location for shopping. can walk to the shopping area. Rooms are very clean and big

I was expecting morning coffee in the room but nothing was there. Toiletries are provides only once. Staffs in the reception are not very friendly. from the balcony I can only see the other building roof and a narrow road. Rooms are v.clean and WiFi connection is very good.

I like the area

No coffee making facilities no hot water kettle a minibar without anything. Just a bottle of water and a coke. Survived because seven 11 was there. No charges for mini bar in the room.

Overall, it needs a serious makeover. If prices were kept low 900 baht could do it again.

Area was quiet. Depends on what one would call close, markets, street food are a 5+min walk, a hike with large shopping. I had no issues with reception. I liked the fact I used 'Grab bike' for transport and no 'lost in translation' incidences. I went from hotel to Silom 47 baht ( I was embarrassed) at the cost and paid double considering the horrendous traffic it's the only way to get around quickly. I went 4.6km in 1hr and 15 min in a taxi.

Rooms are nothing like the brochures. Dirty walls, aged, bathroom has no power for anything. The balcony rooms are a small balcony for a smoker but it's no cleaner than the room, makes you wonder why you'd have to smoke outside. You have to move the TV to plug in your own hair dryer, shaver etc. No jug or coffee making just 2 bottles of water and enough shampoo and soap to last one wash and that's it. It's an Indian area so think Delhi there's no decent restaurants as such around. Avoid the restaurant next door. A 45 min wait for a take home of beef curry and a roti for one and the restaurant was only a quarter full. I later realised it was a muslim restaurant so no alcohol for the long wait.

The place was quiet the room is very spacy.

The bed is very comfy

The bar must be open and the hotel can do a la carte menu to enable the client to have there lunch and dinner there instead of roaming around finding restaurant to eat. And the biggest thing is that they have a very large restaurant but they don't use it as it should.

The breakfast was good. That’s just about it.

The front staff or receptionist was very salty. Unfriendly. The room was clean but the toilet unkept with a badly broken toilet seat.

Very clean, shower pressure was ok, some changes and this hotel would be very nice

No access to balcony they don't let you open the sliding door and balcony had a metal guard blocking all vision. Bed was hard, aircon is loud even on lowest setting, you can hear everything down the hall way, the small fridge was making loud random noises, no footpaths on surrounding roads, the safe was locked had to get them to open it, lights are too bright no low light option

Nice cosy weekend stay

Location near massage shops easy access and walk 10 mins to Platinum Mall

Only 1 staff station at registration. One of the staff was unfriendly when we check in. There is no other service when we ask if can help us call cab to airport we are told to book ourselves through the counter outside hotel but the person there was unfriendly and try to over charge us. We end up using grab service.

Near to the shopping district like platinum shopping center...

Near to the shopping district like platinum shopping center and Pratunam market. Too many massage parlors around the hotel. Receptionist could speak English.

It’s like renting an apartment and no hotel like service at all. You have to carry your own bags upon check in and check out. Towels and pillow sheet are torn and very old. It really need to change.

We guessed that the hotel was being renovated and did not bother to raise concerns.

Close to a very good market, Sky train was not far. Main road and taxi access was good. Restaurants around the hotel were good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location of hotel is fantastic.

Rooms had only 1 chair, if friends come in, they had to sit on the bed which I do not like. There was no hot water kettle in the room and instant coffee/tea sachets which was disappointing, because that's the basic. My bathroom door knob was in a bad shape, and I could not close bathroom door. Services could be improved, and tariff can be increased as the location is good.
